Yes. The Free plan gives you a full link-in-bio page, 6 profile templates, a QR code, and click analytics with no time limit. A platform fee applies when you make a sale, and the rate depends on your plan and what you're selling — your Ebook or Course Sales page shows your current rate.

DivvyDen paid plans charge 0% platform fees, and there is a Free plan with no time limit. Stan Store has no free plan and starts at $29/month; Linktree takes a 9–12% seller fee on its Free, Starter and Pro plans; Pillar's Creator plan takes 5%. Click "Get Started" on the homepage and sign up with your email. You'll choose a username — your profile URL will be divvyden.com/yourname — and you're ready to go in under a minute.

Username changes are not currently self-service because your profile URL would change, which could break existing links. Contact our support team if you need a username update.

Your profile lives at divvyden.com/yourusername. Copy that link and paste it anywhere: your social media bios, email signature, business card, wherever.

Unlimited links on all plans, including free. Add as many as you need with no restrictions.

Templates are visual styles for your profile page. There are 6 to choose from: Classic, Dark, Gradient, Neon, Minimal, and Sunset. You can switch between them at any time without losing your links.

Yes. In the Profile editor you can add icons and direct links for all major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.

It's a built-in AI tool that writes and formats a complete, sellable book based on your topic — covering ebooks, picture books, puzzle books, coloring books, journals, recipe books, and courses. The AI also generates your cover art and lists the product in your storefront automatically.

AutoDM sends instant replies on Instagram and Facebook — triggered by keywords in comments or DMs. You set up the keyword and the reply message once; DivvyDen handles every match automatically. Connect your account once in Settings → Social and it works for both AutoDM and Social Promoter.

Social Promoter lets you publish AI-generated promotional posts directly to your connected Instagram or Facebook account. Select what you're promoting, pick a tone, and DivvyDen writes and publishes the post for you — no copy-pasting required.

You can upload and sell any audio file — podcasts, music tracks, guided meditations, audiobooks, sound packs, and more. Each product gets its own detail page in the DivvyDen store.

Funnels in DivvyDen are fully automated — when someone opts into a lead magnet or purchases a product, they are automatically enrolled and receive your timed email sequence (Day 0, Day 3, Day 7, etc.) without you doing anything. No third-party email tool required.

Three triggers are supported: a Lead Magnet opt-in (someone downloads your free resource), a Product Purchase, or Manual enrollment where you add contacts yourself. You can also target a specific lead magnet or product, or leave it open to catch all.

Yes. Connect a Stripe or PayPal account via Settings → Money in your dashboard — whichever you prefer. Payouts go directly to your connected account — DivvyDen never holds your money. You'll also need an active plan subscription; selling is paused if your subscription lapses, though your link-in-bio page keeps working either way.

Browse the Ebook Store, open a book's detail page, enter your email, and complete the secure checkout. Your download link is delivered instantly on-screen and sent to your email.

Download links are single-use and expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired or been used, visit My Purchases at divvyden.com/my-purchases and request a fresh link at any time.

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, go to divvyden.com/my-purchases, enter the email you used at checkout, and we'll send a new access link.

Ebooks are delivered as PDF files, readable on any device: phone, tablet, laptop, or e-reader.

Because ebooks are digital downloads, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact our support team.

Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal, both PCI-compliant payment providers. Your card details never touch our servers.

Our platform fee depends on your subscription plan and what you're selling — some plans charge 0% (you keep 100% of the sale). Check your Ebook or Course Sales page in your dashboard for your exact current rate. On top of that, Stripe or PayPal (whichever you've connected) takes their own standard processing rate, same as any online payment.

Yes, select plans include a free trial period. You'll see the trial length displayed on the plan card before you subscribe, and you won't be charged until the trial ends.

Go to Dashboard → Billing and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — nothing cuts off immediately.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe, and PayPal for buyers who prefer it — depending on which payment method the creator has connected.

Absolutely. Cancel from Dashboard → Billing at any time. Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period.
